Jessica is a solicitor in the Personal Injury Claims team at Bolt Burdon Kemp. She represents clients who have suffered injuries as a result of both medical negligence and personal injury.
Jessica joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in September 2021 and worked as a Senior paralegal in the Child Brain Injury Team, where she assisted Mollie Benjamin, Claudia Hillemand and Caroline Klage. She secured a training contract in October 2024 and gained valuable experience across several departments, including the Complex Injury and Adult Brain injury teams. Jessica qualified as a solicitor in April 2026.
Jessica has developed strong experience in handling high-value claims involving both clinical negligence and personal injury, including cases relating to road traffic accidents, brain injuries, surgical negligence, delayed diagnosis and fatal accident claims.
She studied Theology and Sociology at Bristol University, graduating in 2020 with a 2:1. She then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University (London) in 2021, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law where she achieved a distinction.
Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Jessica worked for the NHS as an Accident and Emergency receptionist and as an administrative assistant in the Antenatal clinic. This experience gave her first-hand insight into the importance of good healthcare and helping patients receive the best care they can get. It also reinforced the vital role firms like Bolt Burdon Kemp play in supporting individuals affected by medical negligence.
Jessica is passionate about helping others and takes pride in working closely with her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
