Imogen works as part of a wider team on high-value, complex matters involving life-changing injuries and long-term care needs.

In her role, Imogen supports cases from an early stage through to progression, assisting with the detailed review and organisation of medical records, preparation of chronologies, and support with disclosure and case management. She regularly liaises with clients and experts, ensuring communication is clear, sensitive, and responsive. Imogen understands that spinal injury claims are often pursued at an extremely challenging time for clients and their families, and she takes pride in providing reassurance, consistency, and a meticulous approach to every matter she works on.

Imogen has a particular interest in the use of medical and expert evidence to accurately reflect the long-term impact of spinal cord injuries on independence, rehabilitation, employment, and quality of life. She is especially motivated by work that helps clients access appropriate rehabilitation and support at an early stage, enabling them to rebuild their lives with dignity and security.

Imogen studied Ancient History and History at the University of Leeds, graduating with a First-Class Honours degree. She subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law, where she was elected as Class Representative, reflecting her strong communication skills and collaborative approach. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction in June 2025, achieving particularly strong results in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence and Professional Conduct and Regulation.
