Carlota is a Compliance Officer at Bolt Burdon Kemp. She joined the firm in 2024 and works alongside Amanda Garner, Partner and Compliance Manager.
Our Compliance team ensures that the firm remains compliant with external policies and regulations as well as the firm’s own internal high standards. The team support the firm by providing consistent guidance and maintaining practices that strengthen the care and trust at the centre of our work for clients.
Carlota carries out a wide range of key compliance functions within the firm. Her responsibilities include conducting periodic file audits, monitoring client files, organising file requests, delivering compliance inductions and offering guidance on compliance queries. Her work helps uphold strong systems, ethical practice and a smooth experience both staff and clients.
