She values building trusted relationships with clients and contributing to meaningful outcomes during which can often be a challenging time in their lives. Guided by a strong belief in justice and accountability, Alina is passionate about advocating for members of the Armed Forces who have experienced failures in the duty of care owed to them. She strives to help her clients achieve the compensation and support they deserve.
Alina graduated with an LLB in Law from the University of Reading before completing a Master’s in Legal Practice at the University of Law. Throughout her studies, she developed a particular interest in medical law and ethics, which sparked her interest in serious injury and clinical negligence claims, which continues to influence her practice today.
Alina intends to qualify as a solicitor and hopes to continue specialising in serious injury and clinical negligence claims, building on her passion for securing justice for individuals who have been failed by the institutions entrusted with their care.
