Adele joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in February 2026 as a Senior Paralegal within the Complex Injury Team. She brings experience from her previous role as a medical negligence and personal injury paralegal, where she supported on a wide range of cases, from birth injury matters to road traffic collisions. During this time, she assisted in securing successful settlements ranging from £100,000 to multi‑million‑pound claims.
Adele has a genuine interest in all types of complex injury claims, particularly in understanding how and why things went wrong. She is focused on carefully investigating the circumstances of each case so she can provide clear guidance and support to clients navigating what can often feel like an overwhelming process.
She graduated from Swansea University in 2024 with a 2:1 law degree, with a particular focus on medical negligence, which she studied in both her second and third year. Alongside her academic work, she completed several vacation schemes that further strengthened her skills and knowledge in complex injury matters.
Beyond her studies, Adele was a member of the Women in Law Society and conducted client interviews within the University’s pro‑bono clinic, receiving full marks from clients for satisfaction. These experiences deepened her commitment to delivering clear, compassionate, and effective support to those facing complex legal issues.
Adele is currently working towards qualifying as a solicitor within the Complex Injury Team, with the aim of using her experience to support clients who have suffered significant loss and to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
