Part of the Military Claims Team
Charlotte joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in January 2018 as a paralegal in the military claims team. She helps seriously injured service personnel to secure compensation and recover from their injuries.
Charlotte studied Law at the University of Portsmouth and graduated in 2016 with a First Class Honours degree. She has a particular interest in psychological rehabilitation and human rights, and chose to focus her studies on these areas.
Prior to joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Charlotte gained extensive experience as a litigation paralegal in a defendant firm running her own caseload of road traffic accident claims, involving serious physical and psychological injuries.
She also has experience dealing with claims for loss of earnings, care and other associated damages. She has developed an excellent understanding of how to manage claims efficiently and successfully. She also appreciates the pressures involved and does her utmost to make the process as stress free for her clients as possible.
Charlotte prides herself on being approachable and flexible in her manner and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve results. She strongly believes in access to justice for all and outside of work has helped raise money for her local legal advice centres by participating in sponsored legal walks with colleagues.
Charlotte is now helping to support charities which support service personnel and their families.
Her strong interests in human rights, psychological health and particularly Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, have driven Charlotte to want to help injured service personnel rehabilitate and recover from their injuries.
