Witness appeal: Abuse by teacher Alan Johnson at Knossington Grange School
Bolt Burdon Kemp is appealing for information regarding alleged sexual and physical abuse occurring at Knossington Grange School, in Oakham, Leicestershire, in the 1970s.
I represent a client who has instructed me to bring a claim in relation to sexual abuse he suffered at Knossington Grange, including alleged abuse by convicted paedophile Alan Johnson.
Alan Johnson was a teacher at Knossington Grange School. I understand that in 1994, Johnson was convicted of abusing 15 other children at that school between 1973-1979.
I am appealing for witnesses who may be able to assist with our investigations.
It is also possible there are more victims who have not yet felt able to come forward and speak about their abuse.
If you, or someone you know, has any information in relation to Alan Johnson that may assist my client with their pursuit of justice, please contact me directly by email josephcarr@bbkllp.co.uk or by mobile 07879 222 123 or to my colleague Anya Viljoen at anyaviljoen@bbkllp.co.uk.
