I would say I received first-class help and that Bolt Burdon Kemp did a brilliant job.  Hannah Swarbrick and Ahmed Al-Nahhas deserve special mention for working tirelessly to ensure that my claim was settled and that I was compensated for my injury.  From start to finish those two were always available to assist me with any query that I had, communication was excellent and always on time, they were helpful, they offered me great advice, they were friendly and I felt absolutely supported throughout the whole process.
