I approached BBK just after my Armed Forces Compensation Scheme claim had been refused at tribunal.  My case was far too complex for me to prove negligence on my own, even with the help of forces charities. From the outset it was clear that my claim would take time, compounded by the fact I was still and am currently still serving, also still receiving medical treatment.  I knew the treatment I received while in Afghanistan for a newly presented illness was negligible and BBK took the case on and from there they handled my case brilliantly.
