Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Complex Injury team, having joined the firm in 2019.
Charlotte qualified as a Barrister in 2012 before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor in 2017. She has specialised in serious injury litigation since 2013 and acts exclusively for claimants who have sustained life-changing injuries, as well as families following fatal accidents.
Charlotte has extensive experience advising clients in complex personal injury claims arising from workplace accidents, road traffic collisions and accidents in public places. She regularly represents clients who have sustained traumatic amputations, complex orthopaedic injuries and serious psychological injuries. She also has significant experience supporting families following fatal accidents, including claims involving inquests.
Charlotte has particular expertise in workplace accident claims, Animals Act claims and equestrian-related claims. She also advises on claims involving the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, complex indemnity issues, and international and cross-border injury claims involving foreign law and jurisdictional issues.
Known for her approachable and pragmatic style, Charlotte is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients while supporting them through what are often some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives.
Before joining the firm, Charlotte ran a pro bono clinic at Headway East London.
Charlotte graduated with a First Class Honours degree from Sheffield Hallam University before obtaining a Very Competent on the Bar Professional Training Course and a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course.
