Ryan joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in June 2026 as a Solicitor in the Spinal Injury Team, working with Rhiannon Daniel, Partner. He has four years’ previous experience, working on spinal cord injury claims arising from clinical negligence, accidents at work, road traffic accidents, and occupiers’ liability. Ryan also has extensive experience working on fatal accident claims.
Ryan prides himself on his sensitivity, compassion and professionalism. He understands the impact that a spinal injury can have on an individual’s life and is dedicated to helping clients secure the support and compensation they need to move forward. He takes the time to explain each stage of the claims process clearly, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their claim.
Prior to joining BBK, Ryan worked at a large Defendant practice, defending claims against NHS Trusts and GPs. This experience has provided Ryan with key insight into how these claims are managed by NHS Resolution and clinical negligence Defendants. Ryan hopes to utilise this experience to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Ryan qualified at a large national law firm in a team specialising in spinal injuries. As a paralegal, Ryan assisted on personal injury and clinical negligence claims including a High Court trial concerning liability for an injury sustained in a rugby match (Czernuszka v King [2023] EWHC 380 (KB)). Following qualification, Ryan continued to work on both clinical negligence and personal injury claims for Claimants with spinal cord injuries of varying degrees of severity.
Ryan looks forward to progressing his career at BBK and he is committed to delivering great results for his clients.
