Daisy is a Solicitor in the Adult Brain Injury team, having joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in March 2026. She is known for her specialist serious‑injury expertise and her trauma‑informed, client‑centred approach.
Her experience includes acting for injured people in high‑value litigation against insurers, government bodies and private companies. Daisy also has experience pursuing claims under the Fatal Accidents Act and has assisted with cases engaging Article 2 (right to life) of the Human Rights Act. Daisy has also assisted on a number of complex, high‑value serious injury claims, including settlements in excess of £2 million for a young man with a brain injury, over £1 million for a woman with a spinal injury and functional neurological disorder, and civil claims arising from the Grenfell Tower fire.
Taking a proactive and strategic approach, Daisy focuses on putting rehabilitation in place as early as possible and securing interim payments to fund rehabilitation, care, equipment and accommodation needs. She has obtained Rehabilitation Code funding and interim payments for clients seriously injured, including for a woman seriously injured in a road traffic collision and a young man who sustained a spinal injury.
Clients consistently highlight Daisy’s responsiveness, clarity and empathy. She understands how trauma can impact the way that people experience the world, communicate, process information and make decisions, and she adjusts her approach to meet each client’s needs. Her goal is to guide clients through the legal process with compassion and clarity, whilst securing the best possible outcomes to help them rebuild.
Daisy began her legal training at the University of Essex, achieving a first class law degree with accolades. Her aspirations were shaped by the university’s focus on access to justice and its encouragement to think critically about the social impact of law and how it can be used and changed for the better.
Daisy completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Solicitor) at BPP Law School as a BPP Bridge Scholar. During her studies, she was awarded the School of Law Prize for Best Performance in Jurisprudence and the Highest Year Mark Award for the Law Pathway. Her academic work was published in the Essex Student Journal, and in 2025 she was a finalist for the Junior Lawyers Division Voice of the Year Award.
