Birmingham Secondary School teacher in custody over sexually assaulting school girls

Secondary school teacher Muhammad Taimoor of Stechford, Birmingham has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting four schoolgirls aged between 14 and 16. It is alleged some of the assaults happened while Mr Taimoor was at work.

He has also been charged with four counts of causing or inciting child sexual exploitation, sexual activity while in a position of trust, and two counts of trafficking within the UK – which relate to allegations that he drove girls around in his car with the intention of abusing them.

He is expected to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on June 13 2022.
