Racheal joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in September 2024 as a qualified solicitor, specialising in representing survivors of abuse.. Her legal journey began as a paralegal, where she worked on high-profile cases such as the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and historical abuse claims, developing her ability to navigate complex and sensitive legal issues. In recognition of her dedication to justice, Racheal was awarded the prestigious Garden Court Chambers Inderpal Rahal Memorial Trust Award in 2020.
Her legal expertise, particularly in complex abuse claims, and her compassionate approach, ensure that her clients receive exceptional representation. Passionate about advocating for underrepresented communities, particularly women of colour, Racheal is dedicated to using her legal skills to champion justice and create lasting, positive change.
Racheal is deeply committed to community engagement. She organised her previous firm’s first Black History Month quiz in 2023, which highlighted the achievements of Black professionals in law. She has a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond her legal work, including fundraising for the mesothelioma charity HASAG and collaborating with charities like Richmix, to deliver community-centred events tailored to local needs.
Balancing part-time study with work, Racheal completed her LPC before securing a training contract at Slater and Gordon. There, she excelled in a variety of practice areas, including abuse law. Her diverse legal experience reflects her adaptability and commitment to delivering excellent client care.
