Molly joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in November 2021.
Molly is a Paralegal in the Spinal Injury team, assisting Tom Lax and Evangeline Ashby with claims involving spinal cord injuries as a result of clinical negligence and personal injury. Molly is hard working and finds great satisfaction in playing a role in improving clients’ quality of life. She is keen to ensure her clients obtain the compensation they deserve. Molly adopts a client-centred approach in order to work with clients to optimise their mental and physical rehabilitation post-injury.
Since starting at BBK Molly has been involved in the Spinal team’s charity work with Horatio’s Garden and the SIA. With the wider Spinal Team Molly took part in a fundraising challenge for Horatio’s Garden whereby each group walked, swam or cycled the distance from our office to one of the many Gardens around the UK. Tom and Molly together travelled the furthest distance to the Horatio’s Garden in Glasgow. She is now looking forwarding to working with the wider Spinal team to develop relations with, and fundraise for, other organisations with a spinal cord injury focus such as CESA and CESSCI.
In her spare time Molly enjoys cooking, finding new restaurants to try new foods and listening to podcasts.
Molly graduated from Newcastle University in 2020 with a degree in History and graduated from BPP with an LLM in 2021. Molly’s education was the starting point for her endeavours to empower and support vulnerable individuals which is central to her ambitions to pursue a career as a Solicitor. Molly will be starting her Legal Practice Course part-time at the University of Law in September 2022.
