Covid-19 update: Business as usual at Bolt Burdon Kemp

Bolt Burdon Kemp continues to remain very much open for business. We are passionate about achieving life-changing results for our clients, providing excellent client care and ensuring you receive the support you need.

We continue to progress our clients’ existing cases and support new clients with their cases.

All of our wonderful people are successfully working from home. We have re-opened our office so that those who need to work in the office are able to do so, in a socially distanced and safe manner.

Our strategy of working in teams continues to ensure there is always someone for you to talk to. We are using telephone and video-conferencing very effectively. A number of multi-million pound cases have settled since the virus outbreak, using these facilities.

We are determined more than ever that the wheels of justice will keep on turning.

Francesca joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in November 2019 as a Paralegal, assisting Caroline Klage in the Child Brain Injury team.  Francesca aspires to become a specialist solicitor in the Personal Injury field in the future.  Francesca is motivated by improving the quality of life for children who have suffered life changing brain injuries and ensuring their parents receive the help they need.

Francesca studied Law at the University of Sussex where she was particularly interested in Personal injury and Clinical negligence.  Upon graduating with a 2:1, she continued her studies at the University of Law where she will soon complete the LPC.  Francesca has always had a passion for helping other people and found that working in Personal Injury was the perfect fit for her.

Throughout her studies, Francesca worked in a retail position where she became a specialist in child safety.  Here, Francesca delivered presentations at Expectant Parent Events and found it highly rewarding to help educate others on important aspects such as car seats and sleep safety.  This exposure has given Francesca a wealth of experience with working with children and parents and has driven her passion for pursuing a people-focussed area of law.

Following her move into a career in law, Francesca loves being part of a team that is passionate about fighting for justice for children.
