This was a very traumatic thing for me to deal with and the abuse team sensed it was difficult for me and when it was all too much. I spent my life with no one believing me until I met the team at BBK, to have someone on my side was so lovely. She is absolutely the right person for the job she does. I have no complaints at all, the service was very good and it could not have been handled better.
