Sarah Holden

Sarah joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in May 2018 as a Junior Costs Draftsperson in the Costs team.

Sarah graduated from the University of Durham in 2012 with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (Bloomsbury), graduating in 2014.

Sarah then gained several years of experience working as a paralegal, predominantly at firms appointed to the NHS panel of defendant solicitors where she managed her own caseload of clinical negligence cases.  She also assisted colleagues with high value complex cases.  Sarah also undertook a secondment in the legal services department of an NHS Trust where she dealt with personal injury claims and inquests.

Dealing with clinical negligence cases gave Sarah an interest in legal costs and she is delighted to be embarking on this new venture.
