Sam Phillips

Sam is a paralegal in the abuse department which he joined in November 2018.  He assists members of the team acting for survivors of abuse in their claims for compensation against organisations such as the Ministry of Defence, local authorities, schools and religious institutions.  Sam is dedicated to ensuring that clients obtain the maximum amount of compensation that they deserve.

Prior to joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Sam worked as a paralegal in the area of dispute resolution for several years focusing particularly on arbitration.  Before moving into law Sam worked for the Royal Aeronautical Society as a project officer.
