Part of the Brain Injury Team
Olivia is a paralegal in the Child Brain Injury Department. She joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in August 2018.
Having previously worked in the Clinical Negligence department of a city firm, as well as a regional firm in Surrey, Olivia is an experienced paralegal. She has been involved in a wide range of clinical negligence cases including those involving adult and child brain injuries, delay in diagnosis and cosmetic surgery. In addition to medical negligence cases, Olivia has experience with a broad variety of personal injury work, including Road Traffic Accidents and Workplace injuries.
Olivia is passionate about helping those who have suffered a serious injury and she currently assists Colette Payne on a wide range of clinical negligence and personal injury claims, with a focus on child brain injury.
After completing her undergraduate degree in Spanish and Italian at Cardiff University in 2014, Olivia obtained a commendation in her Graduate Diploma of Law. Olivia began the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law part-time while working at Bolt Burdon Kemp. Olivia intends to train to become a specialist Clinical Negligence solicitor.
In her spare time, Olivia likes to volunteer for charities including the Citizen’s Advice Bureau and The Headway Clinic.
