Part of the Military Claims Team
Cristiana joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in October 2017 as a paralegal in the military team. She assists Rhicha Kapila in bringing negligence claims against the MoD and she has a specialist interest in rehabilitation.
She studied Law at Brunel University and graduated in 2016. During her degree, Cristiana provided interpreting services for solicitors and barristers in three different languages. She is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Moorgate.
Cristiana has been working as a paralegal since 2014 and has gained extensive legal experience in Property Law, Co-ownership Disputes, Landlord and Tenant and Private Client work. Prior to joining Bolt Burdon Kemp she worked in the litigation department of a London local authority where she managed her own caseload. She has advocacy experience in both the County and Crown Court.
Outside work, Cristiana is a volunteer for the British Red Cross and has been actively involved with their work assisting the victims of the Grenfell disaster. She also volunteers weekly for the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
