Rose Hughes

Rose is a solicitor in the Child Abuse team at Bolt Burdon Kemp having joined the firm as a newly qualified solicitor in August 2016.

Rose specialises in representing clients who were sexually abused as children in claims against organisations including the Catholic Church and schools, as well as claims against individuals.  Rose also has experience in dealing with claims brought on behalf of survivors of abuse within the Jehovah’s Witness faith.

Rose has volunteered for various organisations, including Citizens’ Advice, the Innocence Project, Lawyers for Lawyers International, and the Howard League for Penal Reform.  She completed her law degree at the University of Westminster while working full time, before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.  Rose qualified as a solicitor in 2016.
