Oliver is an associate solicitor who has been with the firm since 2009.
He specialises in high value personal injury cases involving severe brain and orthopaedic injury. He recently recovered damages in excess of £800,000 for an injured client. Oliver also represents the survivors of child abuse, and has particular expertise in group actions against individual abusers and institutional defendants including local authorities and the Catholic Church.
Having commuted by bicycle for over ten years, Oliver has a keen interest in helping cyclists who have suffered injury. Oliver is secretary of the transport special interest group for APIL and works with the London Courier’s Emergency Fund (LCEF). Oliver recently made written submissions to Parliament on cycling safety, and he has written numerous articles on law and transport issues for various publications.
