Marlon Ellis

Marlon is a Solicitor in the Child Abuse team at Bolt Burdon Kemp having joined the firm in March 2015.

Marlon specialises in representing clients who were sexually and physically abused as children in claims against organisations including the Church, Scout Association, local authorities and schools. Marlon also helps survivors of child abuse to bring claims directly against their abusers and individuals that have taken advantage of positions of authority. Marlon’s clients also include children.

Prior to joining the firm Marlon studied history at the University of Leeds and completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. Marlon qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.
