Dino is an Associate Solicitor in the Child Abuse department at Bolt Burdon Kemp and has been with the firm since 2012.
Dino specialises in actions for child abuse survivors against the clergy (including the Roman Catholic Church), the Scout Association, the Salvation Army, local authorities, educational establishments and other organisations as well as directly against individuals who have taken advantage of their position of authority.
He has specialist knowledge of bringing cases against a variety of sporting institutions and coaches to include football, swimming, athletics, cricket and others.
He represents clients nationwide and often travels to see clients while also being accessible to them in evenings and on weekends via email and mobile phone.
Dino was involved in the reported case of Curtis v Curtis and another  EWCA Civ 1602;  All ER (D) 46 (Jan) where it was held that a charity had unduly influenced Mr Curtis to sign a declaration of trust handing over his home to the charity and that he was therefore entitled to recover his share of the matrimonial home.
Dino has appeared in a number of media publications providing his expert opinion and commentary, to include BBC News, BBC Radio, Sky News, ITV, LBC Radio and a number of national and local newspapers. Dino also regularly provides external training sessions on child abuse law.
He has also provided evidence to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse and has been asked to comment extensively upon the Inquiry by a number of national newspapers.
He is an Ambassador for the Survivors Trust Wales and the Survivors Trust, both being umbrella charities committed to helping survivors of child abuse.
