Stephen Hill
Stephen is a partner in the firm's professional negligence department and has spent over 9 years specialising in negligence cases.
Stephen has a broad range of experience in claims relating to property, particularly against negligent surveyors and solicitors. His current caseload consists of claims against solicitors involving property advice and litigation, and inaccurate valuations undertaken by surveyors.
He also maintains a personal injury practice, notably claims arising from head injuries, and acts against solicitors who have been negligent whilst pursuing personal injury litigation.
Stephen is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and Liberty.
