Underhand moves to deprive you of legal aid

Justice Minister Jonathan Djanogly (at least, that’s his title), who admits to owning shares in insurance companies, has been quietly asking the same industry and the NHS to tell him how to make sure legal aid for medical negligence claims doesn’t survive. Any of my military compensation claim clients who’ve been left without an income by, say, untreated foot fractures or PTSD will know that it’s hard to get what’s due to them without legal aid. Is it me, or is this out of order?
