The Military Covenant in law; how on earth will it work

Good news that the government is to make the Military Covenant enforceable in law, but if they’re using the current system how will the Forces cope with extra demands? My experience of conducting military compensation claims – cold and heat injuries, delayed treatment of PTSD, wrong medical grading, poor follow-up of routine conditions like high blood pressure and kidney disease, to give a very few examples – tells me the duty of care that exists even now is often beyond them. So, can we expect more resources? Do pigs fly?
