The Jackson bandwagon

The recent report from Lord Justice Jackson has been a real boon for the legal training industry, and all before we have heard the government's view. We will see whether this becomes law but until there are moves in that direction, litigators and particularly the personal injury solicitors should get excited about something else. The Legal Services Common would be a good place to start.
