Personal injury claims speed up

Victims of road accidents should received quicker compensation under a new streamlined process introduced today. The change aims to cut the average time it takes to settle most injury claims from two years to nine months. It lays down strict time limits and fixed legal costs for each stage of the process. This will hopefully mean Claimants will receive a faster less stressful service for all road accident claims where the damages claimed are under £10,000 and the other party has admitted the accident was their fault.
