MoD staff cuts will cost money

Liam Fox has announced £25,000 civilian job cuts for the MoD. This can only be bad news for service personnel with military compensation claims. It already takes us months more than it need do to navigate through the MoD’s claims department, and we think that’s down to staff shortages there. The result is huge frustration for our clients (plus often a worsening of their conditions), and more cost to the MoD when we eventually win the cases. Fewer staff will mean even greater delays.
