I am a senior solicitor in the personal injury department at Bolt Burdon Kemp and I have a special interest in assisting clients with brain injuries obtain maximum compensation as part of their personal injury claims. As a result of this interest, I have been raising money for Headway East London, a charity set up to give help and support to people affected by brain injury. On Sunday 15 May I joined Headway East London on a sponsored walk over 10 of London's bridges . The walk was about 10 miles long, and this was their second London wide Headway event which was aimed at raising awareness about acquired brain injury and raising vital funds to support the work that they do in London . It was a fantastic event; I really enjoyed it as I got to meet so many friendly people which made the walk easier. So far I have raised £931.00 but I am hoping to raise over £1000.
