I was privileged to hear the insider's view on Spinal Cord Injury earlier this week when one of my colleagues talked about her personal experience with great humour and frankness. I now have a far more more direct understanding of how things are done, what equipment is available, of our clients' needs and how every little helps than I would ever had gleaned from reading books or from any more formal training and this will be invaluable in taking statements and preparing the claim.
