Often, after a call from yet another Serviceman or woman who’s left it too late, military compensation solicitors scream “Why don’t they know they can sue the MOD if they’re injured by negligence?” Well, here’s one reason. My clients tell me of medical bods telling personnel that “It was obviously nobody’s fault”, or saying the Army or War Pension is as good as what you’d get through the courts. But they don’t know, and they don’t run the case. So don’t believe them.
