Oliver is a solicitor who has been specialising in personal injury law since 2006. He read Philosophy at Lancaster University before going on to study law in Bristol and is an accredited member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Oliver has experience in a variety of areas, including winning compensation for the survivors of child abuse and dealing with high value personal injury claims involving brain damage, orthopaedic injuries and fatal accidents. He has worked on successful cases arising from an array of circumstances including: road traffic accidents, accidents at work, occupier’s liability and public liability.
In particular, Oliver has an interest in cycling-related injuries as he is often cycling around the busy streets of London.
Aside from cycling, Oliver keeps active through swimming, surfing and as a member of the firm’s football team. He also plays a number of instruments and writes his own music.
