Maria qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and is a Senior Solicitor in the serious injury team at Bolt Burdon Kemp. She has been specialising in personal injury law since 2005.
She read Law (LLB Hons) at a University in London and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford. Maria trained at a London Law firm and joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in June 2009, having previously worked at two other large law firms.
Maria has extensive experience of conducting all types of personal injury claims including complex catastrophic cases involving head injuries, spinal injuries and amputations. She is an experienced litigator and is committed to her work and her clients.
Maria’s niche area is cases involving catastrophic injuries resulting from motorcycle accidents. She has specialised in motorcycle claims since 2008 and has vast experience in running these types of cases with successful outcomes.
Maria is fluent in Italian although English is her mother tongue and has worked on various cases involving clients who spoke little English and needed the assistance of an Italian speaking solicitor in order that they could bring their cases successfully.
Maria is a Senior Litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Outside of work Maria enjoys following motorcycle racing, theatre and socialising.
