Ahmed joined our Military Claims Team in October 2011. He is a specialist personal injury and clinical negligence solicitor.
Background
Ahmed completed his training in a City firm and has experience in all fields of litigation work.
Having qualified in May 2007, he developed a successful personal injury practice and managed a number of high value claims involving catastrophic and complex injuries. These often included claims for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression suffered following serious injury or from bullying in the workplace.
Coming from a family of doctors, Ahmed knows how important proper healthcare is. He ensures that all of his clients are seen at an early stage by the right medical experts, so that their injuries can be fully investigated, an assessment made for their future needs, and a strategy agreed for the successful progression of their claims.
Ahmed understands the litigation process from start to finish. He is a keen negotiator and aims to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients, whether that means a valuable pre-action settlement or a fight for compensation at court.
