Paedophile Convicted After 7 Tonne Pornography Stash Found

Joseph Faul of Chiswick was recently jailed for 12 months and placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years after being convicted of 19 charges including the making and possession of indecent images of children and the possession of extreme pornography. Officers who searched his house found thousands upon thousands of pornographic material as well as computers and other equipment used to make and copy dvds. Unbelievably so much of the obscene pornographic material existed that it took a 7-tonne lorry to remove it all. UKBA reported that this was the biggest seizure of its kind.
In certain circumstances victims of pornography may have a claim for assault however in order to secure compensation, the offender would need to have assets with which to satisfy any claims against them.
