New Legislation for RTA Claims

There is a new legislation being introduced to Streamline RTA Claims and it looks like it will start in April 2010. The legislation is going to make the claims process simpler. Plus the legislation aims to reduce delays for claims in the system and duplication when making an RTA Claim.
What does this mean for client's? That clients receive their compensation more quickly.
