Archbishop gets heavy!

Just found out today that the Catholic Church, defendants in my case of Thompson v Archbishop of Liverpool, are asking the Court of Appeal to overturn court orders against them on the way the case is to proceed to trial. They want the issue of limitation - or the delay in my client bringing his claim - heard first before my client can put his case to the court. The Archbishop is such a bad loser - he's lost on this point 3 times already! The hearing's on the 16th July and I'll keep you updated.
