You do not have to accept the law firm recommended by your insurer – they may not be personal injury specialists, nor share our commitment to client care.

Public funding (legal aid)– this is available for medical negligence claim, subject to the potential value of your claim and your means. We do have a franchise from the Legal Services Commission (previously the Legal Aid Board) to undertake publicly funded medical work.

Private paying - If you want to pay privately we will let you have our full terms of business including our hourly rates.
