Meet the team
Graham Balchin
Partner heading the professional negligence team. Joined the firm in 1994. He specialises in pursuing claims against
negligent (and dishonest), solicitors, barristers, accountants, architects, surveyors and financial advisors. Graham is
on the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors' Negligence Panel Referral Scheme and will also advise in relation to
challenging solicitors' costs. His work also includes tracing misappropriated funds and enforcing judgments where insurance
cover has been avoided as a result of dishonesty. Graham will be happy to discuss potential claims against any so called "professional".
