Oliver is a senior solicitor who has been specialising in personal injury law since 2006. He read Philosophy at Lancaster University before going on to study law in Bristol and is an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Oliver specialises in high value personal injury claims involving brain damage and orthopaedic injury, and he recently recovered damages in excess of £800,000 for an injured client. He also has experience in winning compensation for the survivors of child abuse.
Having commuted by bicycle for over ten years, Oliver has particular expertise in helping cyclists who have suffered injury, and has built up a specialised practice in this area. He is also secretary of the Transport special interest group for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is pleased to be working with the London Courier's Emergency Fund (LCEF).
Aside from cycling, Oliver keeps active through badminton and yoga and is a member of the firm’s football team. He also plays a number of instruments and writes his own music.
