Susan joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in July 2001, arriving straight from college, (following her work experience program in 1998) with an interest in civil litigation. Through Susan’s enthusiasm and dedication to her work, performing to high standards in pressurised environments under strict deadlines, she is now proudly the manager of our highly praised Costs Team.
Whilst many do not fully understand the steps taken after a case has settled, Costs is considered to be a specialist area of law important to every organisation involved in any legal action.
The costs process can be a drawn out one which keeps clients away from the money due to them. Susan’s main priority is to ensure that all clients receive the maximum recovery of costs and damages at the earliest possible time.
When not working Susan enjoys a good book, going to the movies, playing golf (not well) and socialising with friends and family.
