Maria
Mingoia
Maria is a solicitor in the personal injury team and has been specialising in personal injury law since 2005.
She read Law (LLB Hons) at a University in London and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford. Maria trained at a London Law firm and joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in June 2009, having previously worked at two other large law firms.
Maria has experience in dealing with all types of personal injury claims including accidents at work, slips and trips, road traffic accidents and has a special interest in motorcycle accident claims.
Maria has also worked on a number of cases involving clients with catastrophic injuries.
Although English is her mother-tongue she is fluent in Italian and has worked on various cases involving accidents abroad.
Maria is an accredited member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
When not at work, Maria enjoys watching motor GP racing, going to the theatre, keeping fit, eating out and socialising generally.
