Gabriella is a solicitor at Bolt Burdon Kemp, specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. She joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in November 2009.
Gabriella graduated from Queen Mary University of London with an honours degree in Law. She went on to train and qualify as a solicitor at a firm in North West London. She then worked at a firm in Bromley, running a mixed personal injury and clinical negligence caseload.
Her first language is English but she also speaks fluent Polish and has in the past assisted Polish clients in both personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
Gabriella has a special interest in clinical negligence claims and has assisted clients with various types of clinical negligence claims, such as delayed diagnosis claims and negligently performed surgical procedures.
Gabriella has also dealt with various personal injury claims, including claims against employers for accidents at work, claims against occupiers for accidents on their premises and claims against Councils for trips on public pavements.
At Bolt Burdon Kemp, Gabriella assists other solicitors within the department with high value claims, such as child birth injuries and spinal injuries. She also has her own caseload.
In her spare time she enjoys swimming, skiing and spending time with her family and friends.
