We can find out whether there is an insurance policy to pay the legal costs of a military compensation claim. You have a legal right to choose your solicitor once you make a compensation claim and do not have to accept your insurance company’s choice. Contact us for advice about this if you are unsure.
This may be available for military medical negligence claims, depending on your means, but is not usually available for military personal injury claims.
We are one of only about 200 firms in England and Wales to be awarded a Legal Aid Franchise for medical negligence work which covers military compensation claims.
If you have had a personal injury claim, or if you do not qualify for other funding, then we may be able to offer you a conditional fee agreement ("no win no fee"). This means that you pay nothing at all if you lose your compensation claim.
