Paying for your claim and "no win no fee"
If we think that you have a good professional negligence claim then we will find a way to fund it for you. We can act as "no win no fee" solicitors or investigate another funding method.
Remember, if we win your case, and we almost always do, your opponent will pay most of your legal costs whether or not we are acting as "no win no fee" solicitors.
There is a variety of ways to fund your claim:

No Win No Fee most of our clients choose to instruct us as "no win no fee" solicitors.

Legal expenses insurance - you may be able to take advantage of another insurance policy that we can investigate for you.

Private paying - for those clients who have no insurance and do not want to instruct us as "no win no fee" solicitors, we are always pleased to act on a private paying basis.

Public funding (Legal Aid) - generally this is only available for professional negligence claims in limited circumstances. We will let you know if we think exceptionally an application may be successful.
