A pedestrian hit by a car is found to be 100 percent at fault for her accident

In the case of Pursoty v Vaghani & Anor (2013) a pedestrian was hit by a car on a three lane one-way street. The pedestrian’s case was that prior to crossing the road she had checked to see if any traffic was approaching, but as there was not, she began to cross.
