We think Bolt Burdon Kemp is a fun place to work - we have good parties, we have regular staff awards (sometimes a trip to Paris) and we send people to the John Ridgway School of Adventure in the far north of Scotland where a staff member (everyone goes alone) can find time to think and explore his or her own potential whilst enjoying extreme physical activity and experiencing new levels of fear!
